Thank you for your interest in Fischer Funds

  1. Registration- Each non-profit organization must apply by completing an application via web (fischerhardware.com)


  2. Verification- Fischer Hardware will review the application and, if approved, will notify the organizations coordinator via e-mail. If an organization has not received verification within two weeks of registration, a representative (program coordinator) from the organization should call the Fischer Funds Director.


  3. Fischer Hardware receipts must be unaltered and readable. Only the net value (i.e.) not the tax) shown on the receipt is used for the cash back reward.


  4. Nonprofit organizations are local, organizations that have IRS 501 (c) (3) status. Fischer Hardware consider organizations such as choirs, youth groups, athletic teams and PTA/PTO/PTSA’s that are under the umbrella of the participating school or religious organization to be covered by that sponsoring organization’s 501C status. As long as the sponsoring organization is qualified, subgroups can enroll and receive their own rewards checks.


  5. Organization coordinators are responsible for ensuring that the organization’s information, coordinator names, phone numbers and e-mail addresses are correct.


  6. Organization coordinators are responsible for ensuring the receipts are given to the funds director located at Fischer Hardware, they must know and accept the status of the receipts.


  7. Using the organizations own secured area the coordinator may enter receipt total values. Receipts can be entered (reported) as a group within any date range. Reported receipts are for information purposes only. All receipts must be validated by Fischer Hardware. The disposition of reported and validated receipts will be available online.


  8. Any discrepancies in a nonprofit organizations total figure will be reviewed by an associate of Fischer Hardware with a representative of the organization for clarification and correction if necessary. Fischer Hardware reserves the right to make corrections to an organizations total and all decisions on the amount due is at the sole discretion of Fischer Hardware.


  9. Only Fischer Hardware, original receipts dated within the same calendar year, received no later than December 15th are eligible for cash back rewards.


  10. The total Fischer Hardware, “Fischer Funds – Cash Back Rewards” contribution to all organizations will not exceed $50,000. Each non-profit organization will receive 5% cash-back donation or a percentage of the $50,000 if the total cash-back donations exceed $50,000. The higher the organization’s Fischer Hardware approved receipt total, the greater the portion the organization will receive of the total contribution.


  11. Fischer Hardware reserved the right to discontinue a non-profit organization’s participation in the “Fischer Funds” program if that non-profit organization fails to follow the rules, service agreement guidelines or continually submits incorrect totals.


  12. Fischer Hardware will only mail the check to the qualified non-profit organizations address on or before December 31st of the current calendar year of enrollment.


  13. Fischer Hardware may choose to terminate the program early. At least two weeks notice will be provided and all eligible donations will be awarded. Fischer Hardware may also choose to extend the program beyond specified dates at their discretion.


  14. Each organization will have its own secured area, accessed through the Fischer Hardware web site. Although access is password protected, this site as any other web site remains vulnerable. In general, a good password will have a mix of lower and upper case characters, numbers, and punctuation marks, and should be at least 6 characters long. Do not use passwords or variations from any other accounts you may have. It is always best to have different passwords for each account. We will never ask for your password. If we should require additional information about your organization it will be requested by the Fischer Funds Director or an employee at Fischer Hardware representing the Fischer Funds accounts. You must then determine for your organization the appropriateness of providing this information.


  15. Approved organizations Name, Phone Number and E-mail address will be available for public viewing on the Fischer Hardware web site. It is expected potential customer may contact contact organizations regarding the donation of receipts.


  16. If there are any questions concerning the program, please call or visit Fischer Hardware and ask for the Fischer Funds Program Director.


  17. Decisions by Fischer Hardware on any issues stated or not addressed are at the sole discretion of Fischer Hardware and the participating organizations. The organization agrees that these decisions are final and bonding.
